Default Cam recommendations Please Help

I have a M6 and I am looking for a cam that will not require computer tuning with stock heads. I am eventually going to get stage 2 heads and will reprogram the computer then. I would also like this same cam to produce 400 rwhp/rwtq with the stage two heads. I was told that the MTI B1 and the comp 216-220 cam would fit my requirements. Does anyone no of a better cam that would be a better fit. Also I really don't care if the idle is chopy, but I am a daily driver so I do not want to stall at a light. Also, what else would I need to go wuth the cam. (springs, retainers, etc...) Thanks

Will you be using an HPP3 at all to raise your limiter? I think a great daily driver cam would be Thunder Racing's 220/220 cam. I would expect it to make more power over the 216/220 for sure and possibly over the B1. It's offered on a 112 or 114 LSA, and you won't hear the cam much at all at idle. The power gain will be significant. I would expect a solid 25-30 RWHP with this cam if you have headers.
You'll need a set of Comp 918 springs, 772 titanium retainers, and 7.4" hardened pushrods.

I have an HPP3 and I am going to get comp 918 springs and some chrome molly hardened pushrods. Well I have changed my mind. I have decided to go with the T1 cam from MTI. I have hooker long tubes and an LS6 intake to be installed at the same time as the cam. Do you really think I will need the 772 titianium retainers?

no you don't need the titanium retainers, it's good to save a little weight in your valve train with them if you have the $$ though. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Well I definetly know that I want a 112 LSA. I like the chopy idle. I have looked at thunder's cams and there is not a big difference between them. I am getting th cam custom ground for $300. I can pick whatever cam I want. The price is the same. So not figuring in the money what cam would be the best. I am not going to get the PCM reprogrammed and I have a M6. I wanted the G5 cam but I was told even with an M6 I would need reprogramming. No one knows the specs either. Is this true? Does anyone no of problems associated with custom ground cams?
