Default May need to replace crank and one rod.....

I may have to replace the crank and one rod. Are the LS-1's like the "old" small block chevys ? Can you hone the walls to put in new rings ? Can I change only one rod, or rod/piston combo and still keep good balance ? What recommendations can you give me

look at the cylinder and see if you can still see the crosshatch patter. If so, contact Valvegod and get one piston/rod/ring combo...a crank and put it back together after deglazing that cylinder
