Modify '01 Camaro or go Z06??

Modify '01 Camaro or go Z06?? Should I continue modifying my '01 Z28, or return it (close) to stock and trade it in on a used '01 Z06??
My thinking here is that I am going to spend a lot of cash trying to get the Z28 to handle like a 'Vette; and with the 'Vette I get lighter weight, better weight distribution, etc...
What do you guys think??

Re: Modify '01 Camaro or go Z06?? You'll never get the camaro to handle like a C5. I promise. It just feels totally different. You may get the same amount of grip and traction, but the C5 just blows it out of the water for feel and controlability.
If getting a z06 or c5 is an option for you, the choice is easy.
