Step # 1 pull the valve covers - sounds like a rocker, pushrod, lifter issue.

 

THANK YOU!!! Yes, pull the damn valve cover. Why are people telling him to do all this stuff with the exhaust? I'd check the pushrods, it sounds like a bent pushrod to me.

 

^-- what I was thinking the whole time. But im a bit busy, and its like below 30*s right now, with almost no sheltered place to work on the car at, so its staying put until it warms up a bit.
