Default Which heads and cam?

I am going to do heads and a cam on my 99 SS A4. I don't have any idea on which to get. What would be a good combo? The car is not a daily driver, I drive it on weekends. I want some good power. How much should I expect to spend for everything? I would like to run in the low 11's or faster.

Thanks in advance,Kyle
