Default MAJOR PROBLEMS!!! Please Read!

This will be a little long, but I want everyone to have all the information I have.

I have been experincing a loss in power for quite some time which was varified at the track this last weekend. About a year ago with only a lid and exhaust, I ran a 13.1 @ 107. This past weekend after having done quite a few more mods, which I will list in a second, I'm still running 13.1's though mostly at around 108 this time.

I have a 2000 Z28, A4. Follows is a list of my mods:

2001 ZO6/LS6 Cam & Springs
MAC Headers w/ ORY
Magnaflow Custom Cat-Back
Whisper Ram-Air
Whisper Lid
K&N Filter
MAF Translator
Suspension Mods

Here's where my problem is. I pulled my plugs this weekend to change them out with a new set of NGK's. #6 had a fair amount of oil on it. What could be causing this? Rings? Could be, but usually if rings are problems in this car, more than one cyl has issues... plus, when the car is off (and it had been overnight), oil doesn't flow UP. Valve Seals? This would be consistant with the fact that oil was on the plug after being turned off overnight, but I didn't realize that a leaking Valve seal could cost the power I think I'm losing? Any thoughts on this?

The MAFT is tuned properly, varified by ATAP again last night... PCV doesn't appear to be my problem, as the throttle body was VERY clean when I took it off this weekend, after 30K miles, i'd expect it to be black if this were my issue. I'm really stumped, and I don't know what to do from here.

Who told you that cylinders/pistons fail with other pistons. It is very common to have only one piston or ringland fail. I think you should do a compression and leakdown test and then go from there. Where are you located? From the YYZ in your name you are either a Rush fan or from Toronto haha
ARE can do a leakdown/comp test for you no problem.
Cheers,
Chris

Any other thoughts?

What about the 60ft times on those runs? I'm curious why it still can run 108mph traps with a 13.7et.

Are you sure its oil on #6 cylinder? bad or sticking injector could drip fuel on plug when motor sits, this would cause rougher idle and poor performance, not to mention pcm would be leaning or richening mixture depending on injectors flaw.

Btw gas after sitting loses its aeromatics due to evaporation and what your left with is very oil like residue.

any smoke on start-up scott? a dripping injector would blow some smoke out on start up. i think job one would be compression and leak-down tests. then you could explore valve seals and all that after you rule the most likely of the two out.

No smoke... I'm going to do a compression test this weekend as step one... We'll see where it goes from there! Thanks all!
