Default cams and exhaust help for daily driver

What kind of cams and exhaust setups do u guys recommend for a 2002 Z06? its somewhat of a daily driver. Im just looking to get some more power and get a louder exhaust system. I will be using this car at the track as well, so with that in mind what would be a nice setup for me? Thanks.

Welcome to ls1tech. I see you registered in November, so hopefully you've done some browsing here, as there are tons of information out there. If not, let me be the first to direct you to the search button.

For Corvettes, LG makes what are arguably the best headers. The headers and exhaust should connect to the stock Ti system for a performance gain and a little more rumble. As far as cams go, what kind of track usage? Auto-X, road course, 1/4 mile? What operating range do you want to optimise for? Cams are all about compromise, so getting a top end cam will not fly well in street driving or tight Auto cross tracks.

Oh, and good luck finding a GMMG exhaust for a Y body. I love mine, but I don't see anything on their site but F body systems.
