Well, I just swapped out the spark plugs and wires.
The plugs all read correctly. NGK TR6 plugs gapped at .045, no problems with those.
I'm sure there is no exhaust leak before the o2.
The parts counter has been swapping the plugs under warrantee, until the one I just bought.
I know something is killing the sensors (they aren't just going bad on their own), I just don't know what.

However, it won't be noticeable necessarily with tuning, as the 02 will be commanding more fuel to get the right reading, so it will look like it's the right A/F, but obviously won't be because the car is running like crap from the extra fuel.
But, I'd be able to see this by logging my STFTs and LTFTs. There would be a difference between bank 1 and bank 2.
With a good o2 sensor (when I swap it), the fuel trims are very close (+ or - 1 from each other). After 3 months when the sensor goes bad, they're way off (-1 vs. -15 at idle) and the car drives like crap at part throttle.
