Default Lingenfelter Head/Cam Question

Has anyone got hands on experience with Lingenfelters stage 2 heads and their cam that can tell me if they have much valve train noise and also what kind of Horsepower this setup gives?

i would stick with what we know works,mti,tea, gtp heads ect.i dont know anything about lingenfelter's products.i have rgr st2heads,mti hammer cam,and almost all the boltons,i made 424.1hp and 407.4tq,i run close to mid 11's(i'm sure my power will go up when i finish adding the rest of the boltons)my valve noise was not bad at all. goodluck to ya.

i had a 382 stroker built and the builder was friends with a guy from lingenfelter,,,THE GUY SUGGESTED A LPEGT2 CAM which sucks!!! my #"s are 350 rwt 340 rwhp,,,for the 12000 k ive got in the motor these #"s are a joke ,,,i have lost all faith in lingenfelter,,,,just my.02 go with a.r.e.!!!!!!!!!!1

If you like giving money away then go with them.I have yet to see an impressive H/C package from their shop.I am sure someone will say that if they touch the value of the car will go up.Yeah if its a vette but not an f-body.There are plenty of other sponsors who can do better for cheaper.Now turbos they have that down but NA <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> .

LPE stuff is generally geared towards emissions compliance and factory drivability and is built with high quality standards and a solid warranty.

With that said, I know 21st Century Muscle Cars in Dallas TX, (the only LPE authorized shop in the country), has made over 400 RWHP with a heads and cam setup. Thats all the specs I know, so givem a ring for more info.
