car idles TERRIBLE, need help!!! Well my car was parked the past 2 weeks, I had the tranny rebuilt and installed a cartek. I did have a MAFT hooked up but took it off since I'm getting LS1edit this week. Once I got everything put back together and started it, it took 3 times for the car to stay running. Now after 4 days of driving, some days it idles fine, others, it sounds like it is going to die, and backfires just a little. This didnt happen until I got it back together. I also have a T1 cam but it idled fine before. I'm hooking it up to an A-tap tonight to see if it is throwing any codes. Any suggestions?? think it is because I took off the MAFT??
