Re: What cam will work best with 5.3L heads? Depends totally on the flow numbers of the heads and what your exhaust and intake combination consists of. I like my cam and the results it gave my 5.3L heads <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
I also daily drive my car.
Also are you planning stock tuning or LS1 edit? Emissions concerns?
