Want a good cam for a daily driver..........
One that will work with stock programming and makes good power from 1200-1300RPM to 6200-6300 RPM
Suggestions?

I would call one of the sponsors. They will recommend you a cam within the 216-218 duration range with about a 535ish lift.Probably a comp grind.Of course you could go with the B1 Or T1 from MTI.Just give some of the sponsors a call they will take care of you.
Even the Comp 216/220 won't run quite right w/out programming. And- ANY cam is gonna run better in a LS1 w/ it.
You want the rpm band you requested? Call Comp and have 'em model a 214/220 w/ the steepest ramps they can. Get the lift #'s around .570. 114LSA. Make sure they tell ya the lobe profile grind #'s. Then call one of the sponsors and order it using the lobe grind #'s.
112 is a little peakier (won't come on for another 200rpm) and will run (barely) a little higher than 114.

StevieZ, do you have a A4 or M6?
If you have a A4 and don't plan on tuning, you can get a Comp 216/216 .563 from Internet racer supply.
If you have a M6 the TR220 or MMS218 would be a good mild option but you can go bigger and still maintain diveability.
