Reusing Valve Cover Gaskets

Reusing Valve Cover Gaskets How often can you reuse them if any at all? I just replaced them when I did a cam swap about 5K ago. I now want to paint the valve covers.

Re: Reusing Valve Cover Gaskets 95% of the time the valve cover gaskets will be good to reuse. I've only had one ever come loose and not go back out of about 20 times of removing my valvecovers.
