Default 2001 LS6 cam, pushrod length ??

I put in the 2001 LS6 cam last year. It has a smaller base circle (down to 19.4 from 19.7). I plan on installing milled heads. Would the LS6s base circle effect the calculations in pushrod length?

With stock heads and pushrods, with the smaller base circle of the cam, am I taking full advantage of the .525 lift offered by the cam?

The pushrods were the same for 2001, LS6 or LS1. I'm running that cam with stock rods, heads just surfaced, about .005"
