Next mos is a CAM. I don't really want to headers but will do heads later. What Cam should I be looking at to pass smog in CA.?

I would go with headers I was in your postion and went with the macs with off road ypipe.I think no I know you will be happier with headers because there is no point in getting a cam if your car cant breath.I am not saying it wont make power but the headers will give you more I think.But both of your cam choices look excellent.
