Default preparing to swap heads/cam/intake

what do I need?

gasket wise, bolt wise, etc....

If at all possible I want everything I need sitting next to me when I start so that I don't have to include "running to the parts store" in my installation instructions.

thanks in advance,

2 head gaskets
2 '99+ waterpump gaskets
20 headbolts (16 big, 4 medium)
some RTV
1 front seal for the timing cover (optional)
2 AIR pipe gaskets (optional)
1 EGR gasket (optional)
2 exhaust manifold gaskets (optional)

That *should* be it. Make sure you have a set of HEX keys available too to get the coolant plug out of hte psg side head. I dont remember what size it is so just have a metric set handy.
