Spring Swap?
The only hard part were the vavles in the rear under the cowl. Those were a major pain. And the keepers where a real hassle. Lost a few of them in the engine bay and had to beat on the engine and headers to get them to fall out. A magnet is a must and small fingers would help <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
I would definitely and always do it myself since I have the tools and would want to spend the money for labor on mods. I have read of others using a rope to keep the valves up when swapping the springs - do a search here and on ls1.com.
