Default Stage 3 LS1 Head flow

What sort of flow numbers would I expect to see on a set of ARE Stage 3 LS1 Heads 2.08/1.6 (4.1 bore)

He is obviously going with bigger cubes with a 4.1 bore At least 382 with stock crank or 393-432 with offset/aftermarket crank.
Cheers,
Chris

LS1 or LS6 heads? Here are what my MTI Stage 3 LS6 heads flowed (2.08I, 1.60E):

Good enough to propel my overweight hog nicely down the track

I think they are still calling those stage 2, in fact the 2.08/1.60 is supposedly all the stage 2 heads coming out of ARE now. Anyhow, I think it would work great for increased bore, but for stock displacement they might actually be costing power (example -->me)

so 2.08/1.6 are ARE S2 heads, that might make a bit of sense based on cost etc

what valves do they run in S3 heads

I'm getting ARE R series 6.0L heads with 2.08/1.6 valves. I think the difference between stage 2 and 3 is that the stage 3 is opened up for larger bores. Maybe there is extra port/combustion chamber work done also but, I really don't know. The R series head has a little extra work done above what they consider a stage 3 head. We'll see how it does.
