It is really simple once you know what you are looking at. The first set of specs listed is for the intake lobe and the second is for the exhaust. Look down the "Lift" column and find the duration at .050" lift. It should be ~224 (assuming you purchased a TR224). Do the same for the exhaust lobe.

Next, look at the Peak lift. This is your lobe lift. Multiply this by 1.7 (rocker arm ratio) and this will give you the valve lift (~.565 or so).

Then, add the intake centerline and the exhaust centerline together and divide by two. This will give you your lobe seperation angle.

Kick ***, Jason. Thanks, so here are my TR224 Specs:
224.2/224.3 .563/.564 111.9 LSA

BTW, how do I determine the base circle so I can compare it to stock? Thanks.

Is the base circle measurement not on the cam doctor sheet, that's what I meant to ask.
