Default LS1 GURU's PLEASE HELP!!!

I don't know what the hell is wrong with my 1998 WS6. When I start up the car the idle starts slowly going up and down from 1000rpm-1500rpm for about 5min and then stayes at about 1200rpm and repeats it's self all over again.I checked for leakes and could'nt find one I changed the MAF and nothing I have tried everything possible and need help getting it to run.I have a Comp Cam 224 228 .581, LS6 heads ,Hooker longtube headers and a TCI Converter and it is tuned by Fast Chips. If anyone knows what could be causing my car to do this please let me know or if any of you guys are around the Hawthorne Torrence area that might be able to look at it for me that would be great.

Thanks Jimmy

Check you MAP sensor. Sounds like there could be some unmetered air getting in your intake. My .02.

yeah, ditto on the leak somewhere. If you really cannot find any more leaks, try replacing the IAC motor that fits inside the throttlebody.

It started right when the engine was dropped back in the car after all of the mods wher installed. I hade a machanic shop check the whole block and they even changed the inake gaskets just to be sure.

just a quick check but try backing down the idle screw on the throttle body. Mine would hunt like that too and get the "sticking" high idle. Backed it down just a bit and no more issue.

It could also be the TPS sensor.
