Cam gasket kit. How many of you are purchasing a complete "cam replacement" gasket set? Im about to order a cam and was wondering if all I really need is the crank bolt? Thanx.

depends on what condition they are. when i swapped cams 2 years ago my car had around 24k miles and the water pump gaskets were falling apart. if they appear to be in good shape then reuse them and just buy the bolt.

Ok. Yeah I figure that I can run to the auto parts store and get gaskets on a case by case basis if necessary, I just cant imagine what is included with these $80 gasket kits companys sell with cams?
