Default Coil Pack Relocation Idea

http://community.webshots.com/album/41040869GdwgDV

On the Dr side the last coil is about 1in away from the brake booster. I have solid motor mounts so it should not be a real concern. On the Pa side it would be tight if I had a heater core but I don't so this should work.

There are also a few other pictures of some goodies I have in store for the future.

How easy do those come off? Looks like plug changes would be a bitch.

I have mine tucked way up underneath the cowl. The only PITA about it was having to make up the custom wires.

I'll take some pics, since you can see them very well with no motor in the car <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Moving them down towards the headers like that would increase thier exposure to alot of heat wouldnt it? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

I did a dry run with changing the plugs and it is still better than on a stock motor but I think it is easier to just remove the valve covers and then replace the plugs. The covers still come off pretty easily. I am not sure about any heat issues though.
