Be sure to do before and after dyno pulls. I'm sure we'de all be interested to see what that high $$$ piece will or won't do.
What setup is this going on? Details!

Well, I think it's a given that Nitrous Warehouse doesn't make them. Do we have any idea if someone with strong credentials makes those intakes, ie. like Hogan?

The intake looks really neat, but for $3200 I don't think so. Colonel, you're rich, why don't you test one out for us?

Yeah but for just another $150 you can get "bongs". I guess that's to smoke the crack with

Rich? Hell, I can't even afford a solid lift setup yet! You're the one with the college degree, YOU test it out!
When I see a $1500 or less intake that truly shows some impressive gains for an engine like mine then I'll bite.
Lemme get this straight...you managed to get Nitrous Wharehouse to give you the exact specs of their intake maniold (that they don't even make themselves) for you to replicate and sell at half price for a profit? How'd you ever pull that off???

MY FRIEND CORY REFERRED ME TO HIM. I TALKED TO JOHN STUART...HE WAS REALLY COOL AT FIRST AND THATS WHEN I OFFERED MY FRIENDS AT THUNDER FABRICATIONS TO START BUILDING THE INTAKES FOR HIM. HE SEEMED REAL INTERESTED AND GAVE ME ALL THE INFO I NEEDED..AFTER A FEW TALKS WITH THE GUY...IREALIZED HE IS A REAL AZZHOLE...EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE TO MY CAR ; HE COULD OR KNEW SOMEONE THAT COULD DO IT BETTER. MR. STUART CONTINUED TO BADMOUTH EVERYTHING I HAD ON MY CAR LIKE MY TNT KIT... HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT JAMES WAS A THIEF AND LIAR AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOIN.I TOLD HIM THE TNT KIT WAS BADASS.HE GOT PISSED OFF SO I CHALLENGED HIM TO A RACE WITH HIS SELF-PROCLAIMED BADASS ZR1....NEVERTHELESS HE IS AN IDIOT!!

Hey Derrick, get before and after dynos. We all want to see the results. And your friend might be able to make some money if the results are good.
Keep us posted!

From the Nirouswarehouse site:
The manifold is custom made of aluminum, the coating inside (oil shedder) is done by "Polymer-Dynamics"...same guys that do the "NASCAR" coatings, the coating outside is baked on w/clear coat...available in silver, black, red, yellow & possibly other colors, and has a gain of 50hp over a "stock" manifold, and 35hp over the Z06 manifold. If you've done modifications (exhaust, heads, cams, etc.) this will enhance them, as it allows the engine to "breathe". The LS1 heads are magnificent, but the stock or Z06 manifold is like putting a 2bbl on a 632 ci. big block.
35-50 hp? uhhh....
Am I the only one who is a little sceptical of the whole product if they are posting that kind of gain?
oof.

Yeah, I can't afford the crack prices...how much can your buddy do this for? I wouldn't think "sheetmetal" would cost NEAR that much! I know that R & D costs alot, but DAMN!
One more thing, would this be good/bad on a car with just headers/heads/cam?
