Here is the cam card and I'm trying to manually input the data for my futral f-15 and new 383 shortblock...my pistons are .010 out of the hole btw....

EDIT: Okay, I think I have it right now....

Your .006" and .200" durations are way off. Where did you get those values from?

Also, your deck on the spreadsheet is showing .005", not the .015" you stated.

Default thanks

You're right, I corrected the deck height. My cam card doesn't have the .006 and I used this formula for the .006 value:

Advertised duration divided by 2, plus your ICL, minus 180.

Looking at it now, the .2 value is way off, I can extrpolate a number for it, how is the correct way to determine this value, if not from the cam card?

Usually adding 49 or 50 to the value at .050 will get you there or really close to the the lift value at .006.

How did you obtain those numbers if not on the cam card? I have the same issue.

I called Futral Motorsports and got the durations required....it looks like I'm going to have to relieve the pistons a little to increase chamber volume to get where I want to go....~8.5 DCR.
