Absolutely! No way is there a better cam for a 3500+ stall in an A4 street car

I have the stock cam. I am very happy with it.

Re: Are you satisfied with your cam?!?!
Got our TR224/114 cheap, and it works great. Not as lopey as I'd like, but great for daily driving. No dyno or track numbers yet (got rearended, hopefully getting the car back next week), but it feels very strong. Next cam: Custom ground GTP billet cam to go along with our S3 6.0L GTP heads and Vortech.

Comp XE-R 224/224, .581"/.581", 112 LSA purchased from Speed Inc.
The cam was EXACTLY what I was looking for! It has a nice distinctive lope at idle, and it doesn't cause any drivability issues. I gained 46 RWHP w/ the converter unlocked and cutout open and 47 RWHP w/ the converter locked. The only changes were the cam, converter (from a Vig 3200 to a PT4400), and gears. I had 3.23's for the stock-internal #'s and 3.73's for the new #'s.

Re: Are you satisfied with your cam?!?!
Couldn't be happier with my TR-224 Cam. If emissions weren't a concern, I would have went with the 112 lsa but the 114 still lopes plenty with the offroad pipes

I have the c1 hammer cam . I bought it at Internet racer supply but same as hammer.I have not dynod yet but I went to the track on 6-21-02 and ran a best of 12.49 @112.9 mphin street trim. did not open cutout or put on short belt. this is with the stock ls1 intake . I believe I can pick up a bout 2 mph with the cut out open and 1 with the short belt. I love the sound through the Edelbrock cat back and mac headers and ORP.this exhaust has no drone and the cam sounds great. THis was ran on nittos and 18.5 psi, 1.9? 60 ft
