Tips on TR 230/224 111 Cam install I'm planning on doing this to my car this friday and was just wondering if anyone had some tips.

I am doing the whole cam kit this friday, then headers/y-pipe the following week. I was just wondering about any idle tips or anything. Also what kind of power should i see untuned and about how much tuned? I'm currently looking to find a good place to tune my computer or to get a tuned computer shipped to me, i'm in atlanta if anyone has suggestions.
