Default 98 Heads on a 99

Hey all,

I bought some 98 Stage 2 MMS heads not too long ago, and just checkin to see if I have everything that I need!

I have the 98 Heads and 98 Valvecovers... My question is: Will I also need 98 coilpacks? If so, where is the best place I could get something like that from, and for what price? Thanks!

Is there anything else I will need?

TIA!
TJ

You will not need anything else. Take the 99 coil packs off of that mounting frame on your current 99 valvecovers and just mount them directly to the 98 valvecovers. You will probably just need some new 10mm bolts to do that.

I have 98 heads on my 99. I had to modify the PCV system. The 98's have a different fitting on the back of the drivers side valve cover. It also helps if you have the coil wiring pack from a 98, otherwise you have to unwrap it and extend it a little.
