Default Head and pushrod question

Ok Im looking at either the TSP or Livernois Stage 1 LS6 Heads. Does anyone have a flow sheet of the Livernois so I can see the midlift numbers? On Livernois site it says they have a 220cc intake runner. Are the TSPs the same 220cc?? If not which would be better? Also I plan on running the stock headgasket. I currently have the 7.400 pushrods with a 228/232 571 573 113 camshaft. Could I still run the 7.400 or would I need to change to a different size pushrod?? Heres the list of parts planned on swapping. Stage 1 Ls6 Heads,LS7 Lifters,Stock Headgaskets,ARP Headbolts, new 918s. Can anyone think of anything else?? Any info is appreciated. Car has run 10.88 untuned so the new setup with the tune and TNT 150 should really haul.

you should be okay, as long as everything stays the same, but i would strongly recommend checking pushrod length with an adjustable pushrod length tool.
