Default What duration should I get if...

I shift at 6600 rpms.My car has a 4000 TP with 3.73s and I was wanting to match the cam to the converter some what.Also should I get it on a 114lsa or 112lsa and should I get 4 degrees ground in or 2 degrees or none.

Thunder 224-112. You can shift @ 6500 and see maximum ET. I love mine but since I put it in Im looking at going to a 4000 stall with 3.73's as the cam is a little big for my current setup in my sig...
