Ok, got my heads from TEA, unfortunately, they forgot to send me my springs, retainers, and valves.

This is really strange! You sent TEA your stock heads to have them do a 3 angle valve job, and they sent you back a bare set of heads without the valves, springs or retainers?
I either dont understand what you are saying, or you got screwed real good.
What, they want you to put them togather at some later date.... WTF!
BTW, how do you get a 3 angle valve job without valves?
Confused,
Good Luck

If you want to try to use your old valves, assemble them and pour solvent into the port, hold the head up and check the CC for leaks.
But I wouldn't.

I agree with the above, if the seats have been touched, I wouldn't try to put another set of stock valves in. Wait for your valves to get back to you...
