Raging cam results
Raging cam results Just as I suspected. Lost some torque and hp down low and picked it up in the upper rpms.
440rwhp, 396rwtq She started out really rich in the upper rpms from what the b1 wanted so we leaned it out. there was a big line for other people on the dyno so we only made about 4-5 runs..not nearly enough to dial it in. I know there is more in it since it was still rich up top and we haven't even messed with the timing either.
Got a whole block of time set aside Tuesday to try and get everything we can out of it.

Re: Raging cam results the cam is really working well with the car! 440 RWHP with NO DYNO TRICKS (ala Terri Burger) is very good. this is esp great considering the conditions (damn near water in the air with humidity - which the dynos do not correct for, unlike baro). others were a solid 15 RWHP down from where they usually pull. the power level is esp great considering the virtual zero time of tuning (unlike most everyone else's combo). even TR's Jason and MMS's Terri have logged a ton of hours of dyno tuning on their combos. when Raging motorsports get this combo tuned, it will be amazing!
also, talk about an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME IDLE!!!!

As you can see this is going to be a cam that requires added tuning and to have your TB drilled out, if anyone was wondering.
Another thing guys I don't want to bring other shops into the thread and don't mind if you post Terry as long as it's useful info. FYI this cam shares the Duration of your cam but I believe the lift and LSA and pretty different.
Even though it's hotter than crap out I want to see some track time soon!
