If you don't trust who you are getting them from then make the sale contingent on a full test and checkout or walk away.

The guy is a good good buddy of mine i am not worry about the trust factor, i just want to know if its reasoable deal. I mean what would i gain hp wise over my 99 heads. I know i will be able to rev higher. If i did these LS6 heads what cam would i want to go with? More help the better. Remember i drive the car on street in the summer on nice days, and around town at night to eat rice

The acturally different casting won't make 1 little bit of difference when it comes to how far you can rev the motor. The cam design in the LS1 will only carry the power out so far.
It you don't mind changing heads then the 243 casting is a much improved casting over you 99 casting or 853 number.
Cam choice is all up to you. You have a number of options. It depends on if your A4 or M6, if your A4 do you plan on doing a stall? The LS6 head will make more power then the LS1 head. It will also raise the compression t about 10.5:1 which is about a half point increase. The design is superior and the head flows much better.
You would be better off having the head ported for some even greater power and maybe even milled a bit.
Just to give you a example of a stealthy combo though. We had a 224/220 58x/58x 116LSA cam with a LG LT headers and X pipe, stock Z06 catback, LS6 intake, stock TB with stock LS6 heads and a PP dual gold spring kit make 425 to the ground.
Stock driveability, and very imoressive results. That just goes to show the LS6 heads work very well.

Its an A4 i have 3.73 gears in the car, and a ss3600 stall converter sitting in my room ready to go into the car. So its good deal? He has cam as well he wants to sell me too. Here are the specs -Custom G5X3 cam (234/242, .600/.610, 110LSA) He said he would sell me the cam and the comp cam pushrods that are with the car for $200 bucks. How would this cam match up with the heads?

The 243's are a great head for port/polishing. They are a better base to work with then the other heads. That is a decent deal since they come assembled with dual springs.
