Do a search for CheaTR or Cheater and see what you come up with.

Or click here: http://guerragroup.com/CheaTR.htm

If you click on the link Patrick gave, you'll see results with and without the AFR 205 heads.

Your cat back, lack of cats if applicable, and idle speed will be major factors in determining stealth. A quiet exhaust and a 900 - 1000 rpm idle can hide a lot of cams.

Interesting that the 215 degree cheater cam made peak power at 6100rpm.

Of all of the existing grinds out there, the CheaTR cam from Thunder Racing would be my pick. It has 214/230 duration, ~.600" of lift on both intake and exhaust lobes, and 117LSA. Even with true duals or a cutout with no cats, it'd wouldn't be easy to tell your car is cammed.

To get the most out of that cam with it's modest intake duration, an LS6 intake along with a ported throttle body would compliment it very well for not that much $. My S3 cost me $125 shipped, and the guy who does it is very reputable. LS6 intakes came on 01-02 cars, and you can find them for $300-$350 in the For Sale section.

With that cam and intake mods, you should be right around the 375rwhp mark and get into the 11's in the 1/4 with some decent tires.

Are you looking for sucker bets or just trying to surprise soemone at a stoplight. That's not an uncommon setup for someone who wants a quite daily driver and good power at the track.

But why would you choose it over the stealth II, for example? Look at Predators car and it is fast. The point is that the Cheater will work, but it is designed for a highly restrictive exhaust. With the same overlap and different specs, more power could be made from his set-up.

What is a S3? SLP is selling LS6 intake manifolds for 370 now brand new so im sure used ones are going to come down in price.

Almost any cam with -6 overlap or less combined with an 850 rpm idle will be hard to detect. If your exhaust is loud, it will be a bit easier. If stealth is important to you, it seems like a quiet exhaust should be part of the package. A freeflowing aftermarket exhaust doesn't have to be loud.

I have -8 overlap, an 800 rpm idle and a quiet exhaust. Only people who know LS1's well can detect that I have a cam.
