Default Internal motor question???

What does it mean when people refer to a 90 deg motor or 60 deg motor? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

it is the angle of the pistons when attached to the crank sitting in the block. If you look at the engine from the front, draw two lines, both starting at the crank, and going out towards the pistons, on the same line that the piston travels. For example, a Porsche or VW has opposing pistons, you could say it is 180 degrees.
hope that helps <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
