Default Help reading plugs

Its a cam only car, running up to 150 shot. I havent sprayed in a month though, as for the picture with the plugs. When I tested the A/F on the spray it was right around 13 if I remember correctly, on NA it goes up to 14 but never leaner than that. It was just on the lean side for wanting to be turned right but didnt look like a problem.

Ive been having problems with my PCV, there is a little oil around my TB and inside the intake. My valve seals could also be leaking a small amount.

Is this too much oil? I think Im going to block off all PCV vents and tap a hole in the side of the oil fill cap and run that into the intake. Hopefully it will cut down on sucking oil from the valve covers (in the back) under acceleration.

Any other comments, or tests I should do?

Yea, I'd say they look fine other than having a bunch of oil on those threads.
