Loud Squealing Sound at Idle

Loud Squealing Sound at Idle
I just completed installation of a FAST 90mm intake manifold and an LS2 90mm throttle body. Initial startup was fine but after about 1 minute of idling in the garage this loud squeal starts and will go away if I up the idle to around 1400rpm but is otherwise very loud at idle.
I recently installed a H/C pacakge and replaced all the hydraulic lifters and all idler pulleys while the car was down. The car was dyno tested and driven abot 200 miles with no whistles or loud squeals. I had the stock intake and throttle body for my 2001 vert and went with the FAST and LS2 setup per my tuner's recommendation.
Any ideas / suggestions welcome.
Thanks for your time.

The sound comes from the general engine bay area. When the car is cold no noise. After the car warms up the squealing begins and it is a high pitched squeal that goes away when you rev the engine up to around 1400rpm.
I replaced all idler pulleys, belts (both A/C and serpentine) when I did my H/C package about 200 miles ago. I switched to the FAST 90 because my H/C did not make the full HP it should have and we determined the car was restricted. I also installed a set of Kooks and asociated cats / x-pipe.
I have never encounterd a vacuum leak that makes this loud of a squealing noise. I thought maybe the FAST intake has some pecularities that you have to address to settle everything in?
Still looking to determine what is the cause.

I had this same problem when I first installed my Fast 90 and LS2 TB. On the pass. side valve cover, I ran a 3/8 hose from that, to my cold air intake (before the MAF sensor) to help with crank case ventilation. Nose went away.
I am pretty certain this is your problem.
