Is the stroke the same on 6.0 liter and 5.7 liter
Can I use my crank and rods out of my 5.7 in a 6.0 block also will everything else bolt up ok.

Same stroke, just different crankshafts. The 6.0L crankshaft is not gun-drilled through the middle like the LS1 crank. You would have to have the reciprocating assembly rebalanced also because of the different piston weight--- 3.898" bore versus 4" bore pistons.

Yes that crank and rods will work, just make sure to have everything rebalanced since the bigger bore pistons will be heavier.
