Default Torrington Bearing?

How important or how much help do you think they are?I orderd a timing set with one last week from a vender and had them 3 day it because installer is going to get started on my h/c swap anytime now.Well they messed up, (it happens) the one they sold me didn't have one like they said and they don't have one instock that does and sounds like it might be weeks before they do.This is not a vender bashing, they wanted to make it right but fact is they can't give me what I wanted.Do yous think having a Torrington bearing is worth trying to get one somewhere else in a hurry and send this one back or just use this one? It's a heat treated Rollmaster. Thanks!

i like them, but if you can't get one, it's okay to use a timing set without one. plenty of people do and don't have any problems.
