Default LT1 and LS1 Lifetrs Question??

Good day,
Just wonder if ya all could tell me IF OEM Lifters for a 1995 Impala SS LT1 are the same oem lifters and they will work in my LS1 2002 Camaro??

same lifters. whats the reason for doin that swap though? just curious.

Friend has NEW 95 OEM lt1 lifters just wanted to make sure when instailling with new cam in LS1 they will fit and are 100 percent the same...

They will fit...but they have been upgraded a few times since then...I think the little over $100 for new LS7 lifters would be money well spent knowing your lifters would be more reliable in the long run.

thats how I feel, but as I explained to him, I reused my stock 6K miles lifters due to cost constraints. gotta draw the line somewhere, but if those a free, go for it. if he's charging you over $50, Id say go for the newer design lifters from SDPC.
