Default H.P gain from 317 to 241 head

I just bought a stock lq9 engine and was thinking of swapping heads, installing a 228/228 cam and a ls6 intake.

You'd be better off either milling the 317's or getting some 243's. The 241's don't flow like the 317's but they will bump the compression.

.030" and a thin gasket will have you at nearly 11/1 compression with the 317 heads (and a flat top piston). The LS6 styled heads (317s) have an advantage in unported form over the 241 heads by around 25 cfm at peak flow. Being you're using a motor >5.7L, I'd pick the 317 heads as they also have a larger runner.
