I would call them up. They can atleast tell you what it is with a stock MLS or possibly a cometic gasket. I would imagine that you probably could go up to about .020 and still play it safe. Mine are milled .020 on my 244/248 .598/.598 115 cam with no reliefs. I didn't check PTV, but the cam is performing great and has been in the car almost 15k miles. I am sure it is close on tolerance, but I just used a stock head gasket.

Without notching, youre playing russian roulette by milling at all with that gasket. TSP told me they didnt want to mill past .015 with that cam and stock gasket.

honestly ill be happy if i can just run that gasket and be in the safe margin. now if someone would decide whether or not the stock gasket is .053 or .060 compressed ill be a lot happier. because if its .060 then this gasket isnt going to work if they could only mil .015 on a stock one. but .053 is feasable

The 5.7 MLS gaskets were rathed at .060 from the factory, but used ones typically mic out to about .053 - .055. Stock graphite gaskets were always .053 so no discrepancy there. I think youll do okay with those gaskets and no mill.
