Default Most duration with stage II heads?

Whats the most duration that I can have on a cam when I have stage II heads (2.02/1.56) shaved 30 thousands before I run into P/V issues and I'm not wanting to fly cut the pistons - this is running the stock pistons and stroke.
Thanks

Not sure of the most you can run but I have the same setup with thinner head gaskets .050 I believe and cam is in the sig.No fly cutting is requried.

With the Raging 230 cam (230/230 Duration and .592/.592 lift) I have no problems hitting the valves and I have 2.02/1.56 valves milled .030

how about a T1 cam and milling .060?

That seems to be the concern I am having.
