Default Engine flush

My oil change imminent and I have a couple of questions:

Do any of you guys regularly flush your engine prior to putting in new oil/filter?

How much does the Mobil filter extend over the stock one?

Stay away from solvent based engine flushes, these chemicals are harmful to engine parts and thin out the oil. Some of it always sticks around for the following oil change, making that oil less effective. I just used a product which is not solvent based, and cleans slowly over 500 miles so it won't dislodge tons of stuff all at once, which can do a lot of harm.
