Default ARP Rod Bolt Torque Specs & GM Specs

Does anyone have the torque specs for ARP rod bolts. I could also use the specs for the mains & all other random torque specs you want to throw out <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

ARP torque specs for internal engine parts usually involve their moly lube. Check carefully before you tighten the rod bolts or other fasteners as lube is VERY important.

If you want to get the rod bolts more correctly loaded, you should consider measuring bolt stretch.
