Default Looking for folks with an aftermarket cam in all stock engine

I'm looking for folks out there who are using an aftermarket cam while still using stock springs, pushrods, etc. I'm looking to buy a TR220 or an MTI B1 cam. Hopefully these will be mild enough to exclude programming, emissions failure, and replacement of other valvetrain parts. What setup are you running? Any problems? Are you happy with the outcome? Thanks

You will have to run better than stock springs with either of those cams. I don't know of any cams you can run without upgrading the springs.

I had 98' camaro with 224/228 535/538 114 stock heads, stock tunning, stock manifold, just had JBA headers, flowmaster catback on 4.10 gears, even stock y-pipe. this back in 99-00. back then you couldent find bolt ons like now days. but the car was always over 112mph. best was 12.7@114 with 2.0 60'. With full racewight.
