update: ive got about 100 miles on it, and nothing is broken yet. i didnt really get any runs from a stop, but from what i can tell, its not really any worse than it was before. the sweet spot on the highway seems to be about 70. it just lifts the front of the car and pulls till i let off about 110. still on stock shift points though . seems to really come to life about 4300 ish. then it just starts pulling, then the shift i think its running really fat though. gotta fix that

If your car is still stalling out when you come to suddent stop you will probably still need to drill out the idle hole.
