where is this oil coming from????

where is this oil coming from???? i took the intake manifold off and the renners were dripping oil??!! the oil is in the intake ports of the head too.
i can't figure out where it's coming from??? i don't have any breather line/ pcv line connected to the manifold, the throttle blade is clean from the outside.
i have an ati blower on the car and this is a new motor with less than 1000 miles on it !!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> .
i also checked the map sensor and the brake booster lines and they are dry.
where could all this oil be coming from??

Re: where is this oil coming from???? ok i went back trying to find something wrong and this is what i noticed: the inside of the intake manifold is clean but the runners around the injectors (50lbs) is covered with this stuff,
now the really strange stuff: that stuff isn't oil! the best i could describe it is with pancake syrup! it has the same consistency, color, and stckyness!
could it be from the injectors?? fule??

Re: where is this oil coming from???? Bringing this back to the top. 1dirtyz, did you ever figure this out? This concerns me since I have D1SC tuner kit coming. Anybody else seen this? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

Re: where is this oil coming from???? well it turnes out i was running pig rich infact, i was running a whole herd of pigs rich <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
i asked around and i was told that that stuff is only the additives in the fule that get left over when i shut the engine and the fule evaporates from the runners. oh and after 1000 miles my brand new pistons had a whole bunch of carbon on them.
kinda makes sense since i misunderstood ltrims for a while and was constantly richeninig up the car and cause the sappy stuff is only around the injectors.
