Default Smoking after headers...car, not me.

I installed Mac Mid-Lengths with Off road Y-pipe, removed and deleted EGR and AIR. I also deleted the rear O2's. Now when I get in the higher RPMs I'm seeing a good bit of smoke, especially at the top of third. What do you think the culprit is...PCV, the dead squirrell I'm cooking on the muffler, or is Satan residing in my car?

Computer prolly needs to relearn. If it was like my car, it ran really rich after header install.

Yeah, it's running pig rich! I've had the headers on for several weeks now and put a couple thousand miles on since then, so I think the computer has done all the learning it's gonna do. I think I need to stop being afraid of Edit and try to fix the rich condition. Anybody care to give me some pointers on leaning it out with Edit?

It does and has always used some oil, but it didn't start smoking until after the header install. That's why I'm starting to think a rich condition might be causing it but I'm not going to rule out burning oil. Both of these issues need some attention so I think I'm gonna do some tuning to lean it out and do the catch can thing to deal with the PCV/burning oil issues. If it's still doing it after that I think I'll get a priest to exercise the demons <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
