Default how to do compression check? (got gauge)

I will be installing new heads and cam soon but wanted to do a compression check

I just got a compression checking gauge with adapters.

how do I use it? remove all plugs?

what is the compression supposed to be?

hoping my charger @ #5 boost didn't wear anything out...

thanks!

With the injectors, just unplug them at the rail. By removing the plugs you are removing spark.
