Mac Headers & Coating I want to invest into some Mac Headers but have heard some things about them...
I hear if you get them with the hot jet coating that they still rust quickly?
Do Mac Headers rust extremely quick without coatings at all?
What kind of headers will give good results and not rust too fast.

Re: Mac Headers & Coating The coating that comes standard on MAC's is not really a coating, but more like a paint. They will rust eventually. If you have them Jet-Hot coated, or any other brand of Metalic/Ceramic coating, they will hold up as good as any other brand header with the same coating. Most coating companys warranty their coatings against rust. Some are lifetime, others are a number of years.
